Each section below outlines your responsibilities as a customer or member and PUFFNRIDE’s responsibilities as a service provider.

BOOKING POLICY

 

 

 

A. Reservations

 

 

All rides, experiences, and creator sessions must be booked through:

 

• Our website

• Approved booking links

• Direct invoice from PUFFNRIDE

 

 

 

B. Non-Refundable Deposit

 

 

Most services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

This deposit:

 

• Locks in your driver

• Blocks your time slot

• Is not refundable under any circumstances

 

 

 

C. No Cancellation — Reschedule Only

 

 

PUFFNRIDE does not offer cancellations.

If you cannot make your scheduled time:

 

• You may reschedule once

• Reschedule must be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment

• Failure to reschedule within the allowed time will result in forfeiture of deposit

 

 

 

D. No-Shows

 

 

If you do not show up for your ride or experience:

 

• You will lose your deposit

• You may be charged a no-show fee

• Rebooking will require a new deposit

 

 

3. PAYMENT TERMS

 

 

 

A. Accepted Payments

 

 

We accept:

 

• Credit/debit cards

• Wix Payments

• Stripe

• Certain cash or Zelle arrangements (only if approved in advance)

 

 

 

B. Balance Due

 

 

All balances must be paid:

 

• Before the ride begins

• At the start of the service

• Or at the end of the service (if applicable)

 

 

PUFFNRIDE reserves the right to refuse service if the remaining balance is not paid.

 

 

 

 

4. SMOKE-FRIENDLY RIDES & SAFETY

 

 

By booking a smoke-friendly ride, you acknowledge:

 

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with smoking

• You must follow all safety rules set by the driver

• Illegal substances are prohibited

• Over-intoxication is grounds for removal from the vehicle

• You are responsible for any damage caused by burns, ashes, spills, or negligence

 

 

PUFFNRIDE is not liable for reactions, discomfort, or health issues related to smoking.

 

 

 

 

5. BEHAVIOR RULES

 

 

To maintain a safe environment, customers may not:

 

• Engage in violent or aggressive behavior

• Threaten drivers, staff, or other passengers

• Damage or vandalize the vehicle

• Smoke anything illegal

• Engage in sexual activity inside the vehicle

• Drink alcohol if underage

 

 

The driver has full authority to end the ride if behavior becomes unsafe.

Refunds will not be issued for misconduct.

 

 

 

 

6. CONTENT CREATION / PUFF, RIDE & RAP

 

 

If you book a creator experience (Puff, Ride & Rap, interviews, photography, etc.):

 

• You consent to recording inside the vehicle

• You may be asked to sign a Media Release

• PUFFNRIDE may use footage for promotional purposes with consent

• You may request edits or removal within reason

• Raw files and original recordings remain PUFFNRIDE property unless otherwise agreed

 

 

 

 

 

7. PUFFNRIDE UNIVERSITY MEMBERSHIPS

 

 

When purchasing a membership:

 

• You agree to recurring billing (monthly or annually)

• Membership fees are non-refundable

• Perks may change at any time

• Early access, discounts, VIP rides, or drop notifications are members-only privileges

• You must keep your payment method up to date

• PUFFNRIDE may revoke membership for violations of these Terms

 

 

Upgrades/downgrades can be made by contacting support.

 

8. REFUNDS

 

PUFFNRIDE does NOT provide refunds for:

 

• Deposits

• Completed rides

• No-shows

• Late arrivals

• Membership fees

• Creator sessions

• Services you chose not to use

 

 

All payments are final.

 

 

 

 

9. DAMAGES & LIABILITY

 

 

You agree to be financially responsible for:

 

• Any damage you cause to the vehicle

• Smoking burns, stains, spills, tears, or broken items

• Cleaning fees if excessive mess occurs

 

 

PUFFNRIDE is not responsible for:

 

• Lost items

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle

• Delays caused by traffic or weather

• Third-party actions

• Health issues related to smoking

 

 

 

 

 

10. WEBSITE USE

 

 

By using this website, you agree not to:

 

• Hack, damage, or disrupt the site

• Use our images, logos, or content without permission

• Misuse booking tools or attempt fraudulent purchases

 

 

All website content is owned by PUFFNRIDE.

 

 

 

 

11. POLICY CHANGES

 

 

PUFFNRIDE may update these Terms at any time.

Updates will appear on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
