At PuffNRide (Rides With A Twist LLC), we take pride in providing premium, culture-driven experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for rides, memberships, creator services, digital products, and merchandise offered on our website.

 

Because all PuffNRide bookings reserve a specific time, vehicle, and driver capacity, many of our offerings are non-refundable once confirmed. However, we want all guests to feel treated fairly, and this policy explains when refunds may be granted, what is eligible, and how requests are reviewed.

 

Please read this page carefully before booking or purchasing from our platform.

REFUND POLICY- THE BASICS 

1. Ride Bookings

 

 

  • All ride bookings require a non-refundable deposit.

  • Deposits secure your driver, time slot, and vehicle.

  • Full payments may be partially refundable only if cancellation is made within the allowed cancellation window (as listed on the booking page or confirmation message).

  • If a customer is late, does not show, or cancels outside the accepted time window, no refund will be issued.

 

 

 

2. PuffNRide University Memberships

 

 

  • All membership sales are non-refundable, including monthly and annual plans.

  • If a member chooses to cancel, their membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

 

 

3. Puff, Ride & Rap / Creator Services

 

 

  • Due to the planning, media work, scheduling, and resource allocation involved, these services are non-refundable once booked.

  • Rescheduling may be offered one time at PuffNRide’s discretion based on availability.

 

 

 

4. Merchandise (Physical Products)

 

 

  • Refunds may be granted only if:

    • The item arrived damaged

    • The wrong item was received

    • The product had a manufacturer defect

  •  

  • Proof (photos/videos) must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

 

 

 

5. Digital Downloads & Content

 

 

  • All digital items (graphics, PDFs, promo materials) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

 

 

 

6. PuffNRide-Caused Cancellations

 

 

If PuffNRide must cancel a ride or service due to emergency, weather, vehicle issues, or any internal reason:

 

  • A full refund or full credit (customer’s choice) will be offered.

 

 

 

7. Weather, Traffic, & Unforeseen Delays

 

 

  • These situations are unpredictable and outside our control.

  • Refunds are not issued for delays caused by external factors.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, customers must email:

Include:

 

  • Full name

  • Booking date/time

  • Proof of payment

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any supporting photos/videos (if applicable)

 

All refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the conditions listed above.
