Cancellation Policy

PUFFNRIDE NYC services are available during scheduled service windows only and must be booked in advance. All NYC bookings require a minimum notice period and are subject to traffic, travel time, and availability. Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Same-day NYC bookings are not available unless PUFFNRIDE is already operating in NEW YORK City. Failure to provide proper notice may result in the booking being non-refundable.
