Cancellation Policy

🚫 PUFFNRIDE Cancellation & Reschedule Policy To protect our drivers’ time and ensure fair scheduling for all riders, PUFFNRIDE operates under a strict No-Cancellation Policy. When you book a ride, we reserve a specific vehicle and driver exclusively for you, often weeks in advance. Because that time slot can no longer be offered to anyone else, the following rules apply: 🔒 No Cancellations All bookings are final. PUFFNRIDE does not allow cancellations for any reason once a booking is made. 💳 Non-Refundable Deposit All deposits and payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable, without exception. This includes: Missed rides Late arrivals Change of plans Last-minute schedule conflicts 🔁 Reschedule-Only Policy If your plans change, you may reschedule your ride one time. To reschedule: You must contact PUFFNRIDE at least 48 hours before your scheduled ride New times are based on vehicle and driver availability If you do not request a reschedule in time, your deposit/payment is forfeited 🚫 No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your ride or are more than 15 minutes late without notice: Your booking is considered a no-show Your deposit and payment are forfeited A new booking + deposit will be required ⚠️ PUFFNRIDE Safety & Operational Changes PUFFNRIDE reserves the right to adjust or reschedule bookings in cases of: Severe weather Vehicle issues Safety concerns Unexpected operational delays In these rare cases, you will be offered the next available date and time. 💨 Thank You for Respecting Our System Your understanding ensures that PUFFNRIDE can continue providing premium, reliable, and exclusive smoke-friendly rides for every customer.
